A Lake Como wedding is logistically the densest event your guests will ever experience: 80–250 international VIPs, three lakeside venues across Bellagio, Tremezzo and Cernobbio, ferry timetables that don't accommodate Tom Ford tuxedos, and roads that go from one to two cars wide depending on the village.
We coordinate from a single dispatch desk: Malpensa (MXP, 80 min), Bergamo (BGY, 50 min), and Lugano private aviation (LUG, 90 min). Each guest receives a personalized arrival packet 72 hours pre-flight: their driver's photo, license plate, hotel, ferry time, emergency WhatsApp.

Vintage Riva Aquarama for the bridal party. Riva 38 for guests. Luggage on dedicated boat 30 min before guests embark.
Day-Of Convoy
Rolls-Royce Phantom for couple. S-Class for parents. V-Class for videographer + family. Sprinter VIP shuttles 20-min loops.
Midnight Extraction
Italian villa weddings end at midnight by law. 8 V-Class queued at 11:50pm — to after-party, yacht, or hotel bar.
Day-After Coordination
Sunday brunch at Passalacqua, lunch at Il Sereno, photoshoots at Villa Carlotta — pre-mapped against ferry schedules.
Floral Decor on Vehicles
All vehicles wear the same minimal floral arrangement chosen by your wedding planner. Installed by our drivers 2h pre-ceremony.

- Villa del Balbianello (Lenno) — accessible by foot or private boat only

- Villa Sola Cabiati (Tremezzo) — ground transport with permit
- Grand Hotel Tremezzo — direct hotel access, valet integrated
- Passalacqua (Moltrasio) — limited road access, helicopter coordination
Booking & Lead Time
Wedding mandates accepted 6 to 18 months out. Inside 90 days, the Rolls-Royce Phantom is generally unavailable in May–September peak — Bentley Bentayga EWB is the strongest fallback.
We require: wedding planner contact, venue list, airport schedule for top 30 guests, ceremony timing. Fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours.
