What is the minimum lead time to organise a bespoke stay?
We recommend a minimum of 7 business days for simple stays, and 2 to 3 weeks for complex programmes (private villa, event access, yachting). In emergencies, we have organised a complete stay in 48 hours.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our vehicles cover 1 to 16 passengers (S-Class up to 3, V-Class up to 7, VIP Sprinter up to 16). For larger groups, we coordinate a multi-vehicle fleet with a dedicated dispatcher.
Do you also handle accommodation and restaurants?
Yes. Our network covers the finest 5-star hotels and palaces in Italy, as well as exceptional private villas. We make reservations on your behalf and negotiate preferential terms.
Can you integrate a private jet or yacht into the programme?
Absolutely. FFGR Italia has private aviation and yacht services. Your stay can include a charter flight to an island, helicopter transfer to a villa, or a Mediterranean cruise.
Are stays available year-round?
Yes, 365 days a year. High season (June–September) requires greater advance planning for prestige accommodations. We advise you on the best periods for your destinations.
What level of confidentiality do you offer?
Absolute discretion. All our chauffeurs sign a confidentiality agreement. NDA available on request. We publish no information about our clients, itineraries or accommodations.
